Fit for Life is designed specifically for women 40+ who need a simple, structured strength training plan to help them lose weight and build muscle. It’s not about extreme diets or random workouts—it’s a step-by-step system that works.
The live sessions are equipment free. Also included in the program is a plan designed for the gym. In addition,you’ll also receive a home workout plan as a bonus if you prefer to train at home. So that's 3 different types of workout plans.
The live sessions will not require any equuipment at all. For the gym workouts, you’ll use basic strength training equipment (dumbbells, barbells, and machines). If working out at home, a set of dumbbells and resistance bands will be helpful.
You’ll receive immediate access to all program materials. We will have our first live Q & A call on Monday evening and will be meeting for live sessions on Wednesdays and Saturdays (Time is TBD) All session will be recorded and available to you afterward, so if you can't make a session, you can still view it.
